What’s On In Byron This Spring 2022

While we love a slice of Byron Bay living any time of year, there is something special about this town once spring hits. The sun shines a little warmer, the days are longer, and more events start popping up over the region. To celebrate the season, we’re rounding up what’s on in Byron right now, including events and pop-ups. And a heads up – no matter if you’re into yoga, fashion, food, or something in between, there’s something to do with your name on it!

1. Yoga and Wine

State of Salt and Luna Wine Store have collaborated to introduce ‘Recline And Wine’ on 14 October. Move into the weekend the right way with a slow flow yoga sesh, followed by a natural wine tasting. Your ticket includes a yoga session, wine tasting, $50 Luna Wine voucher and gift card for State of Salt.

2. Spring Fashion Flea Market

Habitat Collective’s ever-popular fashion flea market is back for spring! On 9 October, enjoy a rummage and find beaut’ clothes at amazing prices. Their previous markets have been much-loved, and awash with big brand names. After your shopping, be sure to check out the new Easy Street Precinct. Vendors there will be dishing out some extra special offers for shoppers on the day.

3. Bangalow Bowlo Blingo

Bling-bling! Strictly Ballroom meets Saturday Night Fever on 21 October as the Bangalow Bowlo opens its doors for a riotous night of Bingo. After your five games are complete, the evening continues with a truckload of funky disco tunes and a bangin’ dance floor. Dressing up is a non-negotiable: think flares, sequins, jewels, lycra, feathers and sparkles!

4. Spell Sample Sale

Join globally loved Spell for a very special sample sale from 30 September to 2 October. Located at their beautiful Byron Bay boutique, this rare weekend will see one-off samples and seconds all on offer. 

5. Caper Byron Bay

Foodies and gourmet-lovers won’t want to miss Caper Byron Bay! Running from 10 November to 13 November, this Food and Culture Festival celebrates the unique and diverse food, beverage, music, art and culture of the Northern Rivers. There are a huge number of events running over the course of the program, like The Treehouse’s ‘Bottomless Brunch, Bubbles and Beats’. Do yourself a favour and check out the program!

6. Byron Twilight Market

The beginning of spring signals the start of the Byron Twilight Market. Held every Saturday from October to April, this market is a perfect laidback activity to do on a balmy Byron evening.
