We pride ourselves on offering a safe, clean and comfortable accommodation space, so that your Schoolies experience can be a true highlight of your leaver’s year. Sleep easy and assured, knowing that:

• Only registered guests may enter The Surf House and the Rooftop Bar; no outside guests are permitted past reception.
• No underage guests may enter the Rooftop Bar.
• Rooms are to be kept clean, with no room parties, drinking in rooms, or excessive noise.
• The Surf House has a zero tolerance with drugs.
• Security and onsite management will be present throughout the Schoolies period.

In order to guarantee your booking at this time of year, Schoolies reservations are subject to special terms and conditions. These include:

• We are unable to host guests under the age of 18*. 
• There is a 7-night minimum stay period for all reservations. 
• Bookings must be pre-paid in full. Once your booking has been made online, we will be in contact with you for payment information.
• Bookings are non-refundable.
