A casual one-minute walk away from The Surf House is Sattva Yoga And Massage, enviously located in front of stunning Main Beach overlooking the ocean. Fluidform Pilates
A favourite studio for the likes of Elyse Knowles and Pip Edwards, Fluidform Pilates offers both mat and reformer pilates classes in a boutique studio nestled in Byron’s town centre.

Circus Arts
Home to Byron’s only indoor-climbing wall, Circus Arts is a go-to for you climbers out there! Take advantage of their auto belays if you’re going solo, or partner up with their 2-person belay system.

The Beach
Looking to keep up your exercise with a free workout? Lucky for you, you’re in Byron. Which means… hit the beach! Grab one of The Surf House’s complimentary surfboards (for all guests), and head out to The Pass, Belongil, Wategos, Tallows or Broken Head. Alternatively, head to Main Beach (which is only 50 meters from The Surf House), and do your own workout.
