A favourite studio for the likes of Elyse Knowles and Pip Edwards, Fluidform Pilates offers both mat and reformer pilates classes in a boutique studio nestled in Byron’s town centre.

Combining progressive pilates with resistance-based cardio, Hustl offers results-based classes that are bound to motivate and get you sweating. Choose from their range of ‘Form’, ‘Pace’ or ‘Yang’ class styles.

Counterpunch Boxing Studio
Sweat it out with a high intensity boxing workout! Counterpunch Boxing Studio is a boutique boxing gym that offers high-energy and specialised boxing classes that’ll have you excited to get going from the moment you choose from their array of wicked class names. Looking to keep up your exercise with a free workout? Lucky for you, you’re in Byron. Which means… hit the beach! Grab one of The Surf House’s complimentary surfboards (for all guests), and head out to The Pass, Belongil, Wategos, Tallows or Broken Head.
